Vacant buildings in the City of St. Louis are not only an eyesore but are potentially creating real problems for residence. Vacant buildings invite crime, compromise safety, create health concerns and lower property value. Neighbors for a Stable St. Louis is an organization committed to helping improve this widespread problem in our city. There is a Proposed Bond Initiative to be considered by voters in April of 2017. However, before we can vote, we must get the initiative on the ballot. The organization is collecting signatures in the form of a petition to make this happen. KSA is currently holding one of the petitions as they must be signed in person. Please feel free to stop by our office anytime Monday through Friday between 9a-6p to learn more and sign.
