Killeen Studio specializes in commercial and residential historic renovations, retrofits and adaptive reuse projects. In addition to dozens of home renovations each year, recent projects have included the Cheshire Hotel and Restaurant, the Argyle Building, and The 411, the first LEED Gold certified building in downtown St. Louis. Closer to home, we practice out of an 1880's millwork factory located in the historic Benton Park neighborhood in South St. Louis. Mike and Anne Killeen purchased the building in 2004 and renovated it into commercial tenant spaces utilizing state and federal historic tax credits, and our beautiful office now encompasses the 2nd floor. Mike is also an active member of the St. Louis Preservation Board.
